We begin by entering the Temazcal, the sacred sweat lodge rooted in the ancestral traditions of Mesoamerica. This ancient ritual represents the womb of Mother Earth — a place to be held, to surrender, to sweat your prayers and your pain.
Inside the heat and steam, guided by sacred songs and intention, we release toxins not only from the body, but from the mind and spirit. The Temazcal purifies the physical body, clears stagnant emotions, and calms the racing mind. It is a return to the elemental essence of life — fire, water, earth, and air — and a powerful act of rebirth.
As you emerge from this sacred portal, lighter and renewed, we will gather in Cacao Ceremony — a gentle, heart-opening communion with one of the Earth’s most loving plant teachers.
